• To register patients will need an invitation code along with a valid email address
• The invitation code should have been provided to the patient by their primary doctor

The Patient Notebook service is free to use and provides a state of the art messaging service which allows the patient to discuss any aspect of their health with their doctor online.  Please note that a patient will NOT be able to sign up for this service without a invitation code.  Those who do not have a Patient Notebook invite code should simply mention it to their doctor on their next visit (please note not all doctor offices will be familiar with the Patient Notebook service).

• Access tools and resources associated with the My Blue service
• A health assessment test is one of the more popular tools associated with MyBlue

What is Mesothelioma?
