Patients who have their prescription benefits plan through WellDyneRx can visit the My WDRx online portal to manage everything related to their prescription, including requesting a refill, seeing how many refills are available, finding out if medications will interact with each other, and more.

Once patients log in using their BIN number (located on their prescription information), they will be directed to a page where they can log in with their user name and ID. If patients do not already have a user name and ID established with WellDyne, they can set one up in only a few minutes.

WellDyneRx is fully accredited by the URAC, the National Association Boards of Pharmacy, and the ACHC.

www.seeyourchart.com – View Chart Online Services

See Your Chart

  • Access a chart online with a username and password
  • The service is free to use new patients will have to register
  • A PIN Number may be needed after the patient has gained accessed

The See Your Chart service allows a patient to view their medical chart online without having to make a bothersome visit to the doctor’s office.  The service is provided by Altos Solutions and any questions about the patients chart should be directed to their primary doctor (not Altos Solutions).  In order to register for See Your Chart the patient will need their access code, PIN number, date of birth, and provide their gender (i.e. male or female).  The See Your Chart access code is a one time code and should have been provided to them by their doctor’s office.

www.myexamone.com/results register – Get Exam One Results Online

My Exam One Results Register

  • Register to receive My Exam One results online
  • Registration with Exam One should take less than 5 minutes to complete and is free
  • Patients can expect to receive the laboratory results within 7 to 14 days subject to the patients insurance company’s participation

My Exam One results register requires a valid email address (please use one that the patient has access to as they will need to confirm it) and please note not all insurance companies will partipate in the My Exam One results service.  Those who do not participate in this program most likely already have another system in place to deliver exam results online.  My Exam One users who receive a prompt that lab results are not available should contact their provider or insurance agent to inquire about the availability of laboratory results.

My Exam One Results Register Comments

  • Registration requires the bar code number on the sticker that was affixed to the front of the patients brochure
  • Once lab results are available the patient will receive an email
  • All My Exam One results will be available online for 1 years time (patients who need results that are mote than a year old will have to make a special request)
  • My Exam One allows the patient to save the exam results in PDF format or print the results from a home printer
  • All My Exam One results can be shared with the patients primary physician
  • The exam should be between 15 to 45 minutes depending on the number of necessary service

Exam One has more than 700 locations across the United States and any questions about the service can be directed to a My Exam One customer service agent at 877-933-9261.  Most exams are part of required testing due to insurance reasons.  All patients will have to  read and accept the Terms of Use of the My Exam One service before results are provided online.

www.mybiobill.com – Patient Payment Center Online

My Bio Bill

  • Customers who have a bill with Bioreference Laboratories can pay their bill with the convenient online portal
  • To make a payment online to Bioreference Laboratories, customers will need their bill with invoice number
  • When patients make an online payment to their Bioreference bill, this payment will be applied to their account within 24 hours

Bioreference Laboratory is a facility that administers certain types of testing required by law or required by employers. In some cases, businesses will pay for these tests, but in some cases, customers will be asked to pay for their own test. For those, customers can use their credit or debit card online to pay for a test that was administered. Once payment is made, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with receipt. Due to medical regulations, individuals cannot purchase and administer the tests that Bioreference Laboratories offers. These test must be performed in a Bioference facility.

My Bio Bill Comments

  • When making a payment please note that the invoice number can be located in the upper right hand corner of the Bio Bill statement
  • Patients taking a test at Bioreference Laboratories are asked to continue to take all of their standard medications before taking any test
  • All major credit cards (i.e. Visa, AMEX, Discover) are accepted via the My Bio Bill payment service

Through their Community Health Advocacy Program, discounts are available for patients who do not have insurance. For customers who file a claim with their insurance provider, they may receive a check they will be asked to send to Bioreference to make their payment.
