• Schiff Nutrition International is a supplement manufacturer specializing in holistic health nutritional supplements

Uponor Brass Pipe Fitting Class Lawsuit

• This is a class action lawsuit for property owners with brass plumbing fixtures
• In order to qualify for this Pipe Fitting lawsuit the property in question must have been built in 2002 or later
• The brass plumbing must have produced a documented increase in zinc levels

Rick’s Cabaret Class Action Settlement

• To be eligible for this class action lawsuit, you must have worked as an entertainer at Rick’s Cabaret in New York from September 10, 2005 to October 31, 2012
• The lawsuit is over whether entertainers were considered employees or not, and if they should have received wages, plus the full value of their dance dollars, and should not have been forced to pay mandatory fines, fees, and tip outs.

MA Zip Code Settlement

• Learn more about the class action lawsuit against Lowe’s case number 3:13-cv-30144-MGM
• It is required all claims associated with the Map Zip Code Settlement lawsuit be in by July 27, 2015
• Class members in the case are defined as customers who were asked for their zip code by Lowe’s in the state of Massachusetts from June 3, 2009 to April 22, 2015 upon making a purchase

Regions Financial Securities Litigation

The Regions Financial Securities Class Action Lawsuit revolves around the quality of Regions loans and how it related to their stock price.  Class members contend that Regions made misleading statement about the quality of their current loans (making them look better than they actually were) that in turn cause their stock price to increase.  Class members contend that Regions (a United States bank) violated §§10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder.
