If you’ve shopped at Belk recently, you know that their customer service and clothing is second to none. Share your opinion of your recent shopping experience at Belk, and you’ll have the chance to win a $500 gift card! Just be sure to save your receipt.
You will need to complete this survey within three days of your shopping trip. This is to make sure all of the details are still fresh in your mind. To start your survey, you’ll need to enter the 18 digit code that’s in the middle of your receipt. This ensures that your feedback makes it to the right store. Once you’ve entered that, you’ll be asked a series of questions about your shopping trip, from the store itself to your purchase to the customer service. It’s important to be honest here!
This particular sweepstakes starts on Aug. 2, and ends on Oct. 31, 2015. A new winner is drawn every quarter! There’s a limit of one entry per person. Within two weeks after the end of the entry period, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by phone or by e-mail, and will have three days to respond. Otherwise, the prize will be awarded to another winner.
This sweepstakes is open to US residents who are the age of majority in their state at the time of entry.
