Popular cash back credit cards offered by Capital One?
- Quicksilver Rewards: designed for consumers with EXCELLENT credit
- QuicksilverOne Rewards: designed for consumers with AVERAGE credit
Both the Quicksilver and QuicksilverOne rewards credit cards offer unlimited 1.5% cash back on every purchase BUT only the Quicksilver card comes with a one-time $100 bonus for new Capital One card holders (please note in order to claim the $100 bonus the member must spend $500 on purchases within the first 3 months of opening the card account).
Other differences between the Quicksilver and QuicksilverOne rewards credit cards?
- 13.24%-23.24% variable APR for the Quicksilver card while the QuicksilverOne card will be 23.24%
- No bothersome annual fee for the Quicksilver card
- Cardholders will have to pay a $39 annual fee for the Quicksilver One card
Ideally those who have a high credit score will want to opt for the standard Quicksilver card as the rewards are better and there is NOT an annual fee. An average/good credit score will be between 660 to 749 while a good/great credit score will range between 750 to 850. Those with a credit score over 750 should have no problem being approved for the Quicksilver credit card.
Please note when using the Capital One No Hassle Explore Rewards Redeem service the rewards can come in the form of a check, account credit, or gift card.
