If damage appears that wasn’t there before, this is what that notice is about. Oftentimes, there’s damage that you weren’t even aware of, so make sure you inspect the car when you receive it to compare. When you enter your personal information, you’ll see what the damages are and the total amount that you owe.
To start making a payment on your claim, you’ll need to select the rental car company you rented with. Choose from Alamo Rent A Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and National Car Rental. If you’re not sure which company it was, look at the top of the letter you receive and you should see the name listed. Once you’ve chosen your company, enter your claim number, billing number, and invoice number to start the payment process. After you’ve accurately entered that information, the totalĀ amount that you owe will be shown.
