  1. Class members that file valid claim will be represented by C. Darryl Cordero (from the law firm of PAYNE & FEARS LLP) and Charles R. Watkins (from the law firm of GUIN STOKES & EVANS LLC)
  2. The defense has hired Sean G. Wieber to represent them in court (G. Wieber represent the law firm of WINSTON & STRAWN LLP)
  3. Class members must provide a completed Form W-9 or valid Taxpayer Identification Number or their payment will be limited to $599.99 regardless of the number of faxes received 🙁
  4. The Hardware Resources junk fax class action settlement was preliminarily approved on July 7, 2017
  5. Class members in the HR Fax Settlement case are defined as anyone who received a fax from the defendant on Dec. 6, 2012, Nov. 15, 2013, Nov. 17, 2014, Nov. 18, 2014, Nov. 24, 2014 or Nov. 16, 2015
  6. Class members who do not file a claim will have to file a separate lawsuit in order to claim benefits
