Macy’s My Macy’s Card Pay Bill
- Allows a customer to make a one time payment inline related to a Macy’s account
- Customers can also sign up for the monthly auto payment service which is ideal for those who carry a revolving bill from month to month
- My Macy’s customers can pay online or from any mobile enabled device/smart phone
The Macy’s My Macy’s Card Pay Bill service is free to use (i.e. the customer will not be charged a fee for using the service) and requires a valid email address when creating a My Macy’s Card profile. When creating the My Macy’s Card Pay Bill profile the member will have the chance to receive emails about sales, offers & events (die-hard Macy’s customers will want to opt in to this while casual shoppers at Macy’s might want to pass).
Macy’s My Macy’s Card Pay Bill
- Customers are NOT required to pay their Macy’s bill online
- They can also pay at any Macy’s location via cash, check, debit card or money order
- My Macy’s Card holders can also dial 1-888-257-6757 to make a bill payment over the phone
- When making a My Macy’s Card payment over the phone please have the customers Macy’s account number and a good standing bank account number on hand
Please note those who are close to missing a payment and need to get it to Macy’s quickly should take advantage of their Express Payments service. Simply mail the payment to: Express Payments, Macy’s Payment Department, 6716 Grade LaneBldg. 9, Suite 910, Louisville, KY 40213.
My Macy’s Card Comments
- Please allow up to 3 days for the payment to be credited to an account when paying online
- My Macy’s card customers are allowed to schedule or make up to five online payments per billing cycle, but only one payment per day
