McDonald’s employee benefits haven’t always been known the be the best, but they’re improving. According to employment website GlassDoor, the average entry level pay for a McDonald’s employee is between $7.25 an hour and $11 an hour, with the majority of positions paying about $8.60. McDonald’s shift managers earn an average of around $10.35 an hour, while assistant managers earn up to $11.60 an hour. McDonald’s has faced allegations though of paying less than minimum wage. McDonald’s current CEO, Steve Easterbrook, has an annual salary of that’s just over $1,000,000.
