When you begin taking this survey, you will need the survey code that is printed on your receipt. This makes sure that your feedback is sent to the appropriate location. Once you have that entered, select the time of your visit and click the Start button. While you’re taking the survey, you will answer questions about the food that you received (if your order was right and if your food was good quality) and about the level of service you received. You’ll even be asked to provide feedback about the actual location itself.
