Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was founded in the heart and soul of Louisiana, New Orleans. Owner Alvin Copeland wanted to serve delicious fried chicken at affordable prices, but with Southern style. Once he started serving spicy, “New Orleans” style chicken, he found out that he was on to something special. Today, they have locations all throughout the nation, each one serving up their iconic flavors.
But just having good food isn’t enough. You’ve got to have good service to go along with it. To ensure that every single one of their locations is doing what they should be, Popeyes has set up an online survey. This is the customer’s chance to share absolutely everything about their recent dining trip, whether it was in the drive through or inside. You’ll have the opportunity to rate the cleanliness of the store, how the staff interacted with you, whether or not your order was correct, and how fresh your food was. In short, they want everything to be perfect, and they need to know if anything fell short!
To begin this survey, enter your restaurant number, the date and time of your visit, plus the total amount you paid. This information is just to make sure that you have a valid receipt and that you’re an actual customer!
