- Customers, agents, and even employees of Selective Insurance all use the same login site to access their accounts (including making a new claim, viewing old Selective Insurance reports, and paying a Selective Insurance bill)
- To sign up for an account online with Selective, customers will need to have their policy number, the ZIP code that appears on their bill, and the date that the Selective policy took effect
- Online account management is available from Selective through a mobile phone or tables if customers download the Selective insurance app from the Google Play store or the Apple store
Selective Insurance customers (except for flood insurance customers) can pay their bills online through the “Pay My Bill” of the Selective website, by mail at Selective Insurance Company of America, Box 371468, Pittsburgh, PA 15250-7468, or by calling 888-974-7400. Payments to Selective can also be made directly to a local insurance agent at their office.
All personal and commercial Selective Insurance accounts that have a $25,000 premium or under can be paid with a credit card (like Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, or Discover).
