The first Ulta store opened in 1990, and just 25 years later, they have over 700 locations providing their customers with the very best beauty products at the very best prices. But beyond just providing the products, they want every customer to leave feeling valued. If they’re not providing top-notch customer service, they’re not meeting their standards.
To make sure they’ve providing the very best customer service they can, they’ve set up an online survey for their customers to take. When you log on and share your shopping experience, you’re helping make Ulta better for every other customer. To begin taking this survey, you’ll need to know your transaction number, store number, the date you made your purchase, and the register you were checked out at. You will be asked to rate your shopping experience, from the interactions you had with the staff, the cleanliness and appearance of the store itself, and if you found what you were looking for. When you answer these questions honestly, your answers are sent directly to the corporate offices and help shape how Ulta does business.
