TCF Bank Feedback
- Customers of TCF Bank can visit their website to take a survey regarding their experience banking with TCF
- The TCF Bank customer survey should only take less than three minutes to complete
- TCF customers who take the feedback survey should be prepared to enter the location of the TCF branch or ATM they visited, along with the date and time of their visit so their feedback can be applied properly
The TCF Bank Feedback service survey will ask bank members to rate their experience with a TCF location, including how satisfied they were with the experience, what could have went better, and if the customer is likely to visit a TCF location again. All information shared by the customer during the course of the TCF Bank Feedback survey will only be used to increase the customer service at the TCF Bank in question and will never be sold to a third-party for a profit.
Important Things to Know About TCF Bank:
Like many major banks, TCF Bank found themselves involved in controversy over overdraft fees, where the most expensive item was withdrawn first, resulting in more overdraft fees than should have been charged. In 2013, TCF Bank received a $10 million fine for violating the Bank Secrecy Act.
