After you enter that code, you will be asked to rate your experience, from the actual quality of the shoes you purchased to the store itself to your interaction with the customer service associate. Your feedback will be kept private, and will not be seen by anyone except Payless corporate offices. If you’d like, the survey is also available to take entirely in Spanish.
