If you’ve recently shopped at a Ross store, be sure to save your receipt because it could be worth $500! Take this customer service survey, and you’ll be entered to win a Ross gift card. A new winner is chosen every month. If you’re not chosen as the winner one month, your entry does not roll over into other entry periods. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete, and you’ll receive a successful notification once you’re done.
To enter, you’ll first be asked to provide the 15 digit survey code that appears on your receipt. This makes sure that your feedback is sent to the right store. From there, you’ll be asked for your personal information like name, address, and phone number. Once that information is entered, you will be asked to share your opinion on your shopping experience and the customer service you received. You’ll want to give completely honest answers here. Your name is not attached to what you say, and no one else will see this information.
