VW Court Settlement
- Obtain more information (including how to file a claim) in regards to the Volkswagen/Audi Diesel Emissions Settlement Program
- Please note this is a proposed settlement over 2.0-liter Volkswagen and Audi diesel vehicles with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”), the California Attorney General, the California Air Resources Board (“CARB”), the Federal Trade Commission, and current vehicle owners/lessees and certain former vehicle owners/lessees in the United States
- Both VW owners and lease holders can file a claim
The VW Court Settlement is expected to roll out (aka settlement payments will be made to class members) in the Fall of 2016 pending Court approval. Any questions in regards to the case can be directed to Volkswagen at 1-844-98-CLAIM. UPDATE: The court has granted Final Approval of the Settlements and class action members may begin submitting claims through the Online Claims Portal or using the Paper Claims form (please note that all paper claims must be mailed to: VW / Audi Emissions Settlement Claims Processing P.O. Box 214500 Auburn Hills, MI 48321 or the VW class member can fax the claim form to: 248-754-6602)

- VW Golf 2010 – 2015
- VW Golf SportWagen 2015
- VW Jetta 2009 – 2015
- VW Jetta SportWagen 2009 – 2014
- VW Passat 2012 – 2015
- Audi A3 2010 – 2013; 2015
Please note that VW owners and lessees will receive a notice by US mail announcing the specific terms of the Settlements and other details in regards to the Volkswagen/Audi Diesel Emissions Settlement. Certain class members may be eligible for cash money payments and former VW owners must register by September 16, 2016 in order to have a chance at any cash payments.
