- Take a super short survey in regards to a purchase at Wendy’s
- Customers will need the Wendy’s store number, date of visit, and the time of visit in order to begin
- All information provided will be used to increase the quality of the service and food at the Wendy’s location in which the visit took place
The Wendy’s Wants To Know survey is operated by the Service Management Group and customers will be asked a variety of questions about their dining experience (i.e. questions about the food purchase and questions about the employees that were working on that particular visit). Please note that the Wendy’s Wants To Know survey will never share the customer’s information with any third parties and all information/feedback provided will be kept confidential.
